Estiri’s House is an 11,000 sq. ft. residential development featuring three unique dwelling units. The first floor is dedicated to luxury amenities, including a pool, sauna, and gym. The second floor houses a single spacious unit, while the third floor accommodates two additional units. The basement provides convenient parking. Our scope included architectural design and development, creating a modern and well-organized living space that balances comfort and functionality.
