Golshan Residential Condominium is a 27,000 sq. ft. development featuring six spacious dwelling units, each with a private internal garden connected to a south-facing balcony, enhancing the livable space and providing residents with a unique, green retreat. The design incorporates a modern open-plan layout with a striking glass atrium at the center of each unit. The project also includes basement parking for convenience. Our scope of work encompassed architectural design, development, and construction, creating a contemporary and functional residential environment.
