Our project at 340 St. Clements Ave in midtown Toronto originally designed by a renowned architect features nine units including both townhouses and condominium apartments. Balder Corporation our client requested a thorough review and enhancement of the initial design to better align with their desires and improve overall efficiency. We undertook this task with our usual comprehensive approach. We are proud to have successfully fulfilled Balder’s needs, delivering a refined design that embodies their vision and expectations.
