This development project was designed to accommodate 268 dwelling units on a 1.29-hectare site in Ontario, beside Lake Ontario. Our comprehensive approach included conducting necessary studies and incorporating crucial elements such as financial feasibility, accessibility design features, additional community benefits, and sustainable development measures. The conceptual architectural design included 19 two-story townhouses and 2 six-story condominium apartments, totaling 2.6 hectares of gross floor area.
