The first floor features a spacious living room and an ensuite guest room with a separate entrance, ensuring privacy for visitors. The second floor has three bedrooms and a large balcony equipped with entertainment amenities. The loft floor, with its stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, serves as a recreational space, complete with a modern bar and sauna overlooking the scenic views. The L-shaped layout enhances privacy for the outdoor pool, creating a secluded and serene environment.
